3. Licence Scope

Unless stated otherwise, all digital products sold via this website are provided under a Standard Limited Commercial Licence, which grants you the following rights:

  • You may use the content for unlimited personal physical projects (e.g. crafting, home décor, gifts).

  • You may incorporate the content into physical end products for sale, in a total quantity of up to 500 units per purchase (e.g. stencils, cut files, engraved items, printed merchandise such as mugs, t-shirts, signs).

  • You may modify the content to suit your production needs, as long as the modifications are not offensive, defamatory, or unlawful.

  • Online use of the files or their modified versions is not permitted — this includes websites, blogs, social media, digital publications, and any public-facing online platform.

 

If you wish to produce more than 500 physical items, you are required to purchase an additional licence for each new batch of up to 500 units.

This licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and strictly prohibits the resale, sublicensing, sharing, or redistribution of the original digital files, whether in their original or modified form.

 
Strictly prohibited:​

  • Reselling, sharing, sublicensing, or redistributing the original or modified digital files as standalone items or any other form

  • Claiming ownership, authorship, or copyright of the original or modified work

  • Uploading or publishing our files to any digital marketplace, stock resource platform, website, blog or social media

  • Use our products in a manner that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination of any kind or is offensive and/or unlawful

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Etsy, Stripe, or PayPal), and our website is protected with SSL encryption for safe browsing and data protection.

As digital products are non-tangible and instantly accessible, all sales are final and

non-refundable, except in the rare case of technical errors that prevent file access.

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to resolve the issue.

Subscriptions (if offered) may be cancelled at any time, but no refunds are issued for the remaining period or unused content.
